This text contains the General Terms and Conditions according to which "VILISTIL" OOD provides its services to its Users through its official online store - https://vilistil.com.
These terms are binding on all users. By ordering goods, the User expressly agrees and fully accepts to comply with these General Terms and Conditions. Visiting and browsing the store does not require registration of the Users. Registration is required to use certain services offered by https://vilistil.com.

I. Conditions for ordering goods:
Order - The delivery of goods from "VILI STYLE" OOD through the online store takes place after a confirmed registration and an order for the delivery of goods. In the order, the User enters, in addition to delivery data, also a method of payment, a contact telephone number.
Confirmation and fulfillment of orders - After finalizing the order in the online store, you will receive an automatic confirmation with all the information about your request to the e-mail you specified. The operator of "VILI STYLE" Ltd. must confirm by phone every order made by the User.
"VILI STYLE" Ltd. reserves the right not to fulfill an order made through the online store if the User's data is not incorrect or if there is no availability of the ordered product. The operator of "VILI STYLE" OOD is obliged to notify the User about this on the provided contact phone number.
The user can refuse or change an order before its confirmation by an operator. In case of cancellation of an order, if the User has paid the amount by bank transfer, it will be refunded to his account. The user pays the value of the order at the prices specified in the order. In the event that the product cannot be delivered, the operator may offer an alternative product with similar characteristics and price, which the User has the right to accept or refuse.

II. Delivery time and price:
The value of the delivery from the online store within the Republic of Bulgaria is according to the price list of the courier company. For orders over BGN 100 it is FREE. In case of delay in delivery, regardless of the reasons, the operator of "VILI STYLE" OOD is obliged to notify the User about this and indicate a new delivery date.

IV. Delivery of goods
The user receives the goods from an employee of the courier company with which "VILI STYLE" OOD has concluded a contract. Upon delivery of the goods, the User receives an invoice or receipt, as well as signs the accompanying documents that certify the receipt of the goods.

V. Return of goods
In the event of a refusal by the User to pay for goods ordered by courier with cash on delivery, the User must pay all fees charged by the courier for the return of the relevant goods. The user has the right to return goods purchased by him from the online store within seven working days of delivery. The goods must be complete, unused, with the accompanying documentation and in excellent commercial condition. In this case, the User has the right to receive back the amount paid by him within 30 days of receiving the goods to the bank account specified by him in the Declaration.

VI. Warranty conditions
All goods offered at www.vilistil.com are new. "VILI STYLE" Ltd. guarantees the quality of the items offered in the online store with proper handling and strict compliance with the instructions on the labels of each item.

The data you provide should be true, complete and accurate and if the latter change, you should update it promptly so that we can be of maximum help to you. All disputes between the parties shall be resolved in a spirit of understanding and goodwill. In the event that no agreement is reached, all unresolved disputes arising out of or relating to the contract between the parties, including disputes arising out of or relating to its interpretation, invalidity, performance or termination, and disputes to fill gaps in the contract or its adaptation to newly emerging circumstances, will be resolved judicially by the competent court of the relevant city.
