Delivery time and price
The delivery time of the order is up to 2 working days. In some cases, the delivery time may be extended, of which the User will be promptly notified.
Delivery is made by courier company - Speedy from Monday to Saturday to the User's address.

In case you wish to receive your package at the office of the courier company, please mention it explicitly to the operator when confirming the order.

On public holidays - delivery according to the previously established schedule of the courier company. The cost of delivery is according to the courier's price list. Purchases over BGN 150 (one hundred and fifty Bulgarian levas - BGN), after deducting all discounts, vouchers, promotions, etc. are delivered to the territory of Bulgaria - FREE of charge. In case of delay in delivery, regardless of the reasons, the operator of "VILI STYLE" OOD is obliged to notify the User about this and indicate a new delivery date.

Delivery of goods
All delivery details will be specified in the phone call to confirm your order. In the packaging of each purchased product, the User receives a document for payment.

The goods requested by the User during the order are delivered in a suitable form to the delivery address specified by the User within the pre-agreed delivery period. The ordered item is delivered to the delivery address of the User or to a third party representative of the User, who accepts and confirms by signing the documents accompanying the shipment, serving as confirmation of receipt of the shipment by the User.

In the event that the User is not found within the period for delivery of the goods or access and conditions for delivery of the goods are not provided within this period, the Supplier is released from its obligation to deliver the requested goods.

The user can confirm his desire to receive the goods even after the initial delivery expiration date, in which he was not found at the address, bearing all the costs of delivery. In this case, a new delivery period starts from the moment of confirmation according to the previous sentence.
