The User has the right to return products purchased by him/her from the online store www.vilistil.com within 7 /seven/ working days of delivery. The goods must be in complete kit of its original packaging documentation and excellent presentation.

     If you find a defective product 24h of receipt and it is in undisturbed presentation and packaging we commit to replace it with new or refund your payment value of the goods. In this case the User is entitled to receive back the amount paid by him within 15 days of receipt of goods into a bank account specified by the Declaration.

     In case of return of goods and a claim by the User, he/she is obliged to call the telephone - 0888 80 62 92 and state the number of the voucher or the invoice number of purchased goods. The goods must be returned to the address of Contractor:

Shipping costs for returned goods are borne by the Customer.

If the Customer has paid via bank transfer , the amount is refunded to the same bank account from which the payment has been received.
